We will develop a ‘cake away’ with a selection that includes roulades, sticky toffee, lemon drizzle and apple pies, products that are available on the shelves at weekends. Brownies, lemon butter squares, apple and walnut muffins and other individual cakes are also available. The deli offers a lunchtime menu of seasonal soups, stews, hotpots, hot and cold sandwiches, mini tartlets and Java Republic organic coffee. Many of these are available to take home, as are the homemade chutneys, salad dressings, pate, and hummus.
